SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
Our goal is to process your order as quickly as possible. Once your package has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email address.
You can track your package by clicking on the link provided in the email/receipt. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed prior to shipping. Please refer to information in the item description to see if your item may take longer to ship. (Note: Holidays may affect processing and shipping times.)
SHIPPING RATES & CARRIER
LH ships via USPS to U.S. addresses and has different shipping charges depending on the weight of each item in your order. Fees will be indicated during check out prior to your transaction being completed. For oversized items or heavy items additional Oversize fees may apply.
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order. We will keep you updated on your order status via email.
Please ensure that the address you use can accept delivery from either of these carriers.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
All purchases are final, however full priced swimwear items could be considered for exchange if they comply with the following Exchange Conditions:
· Product is returned to LH within 7 days from the date you received it;
· Product is in it's original condition, not damaged, worn, or washed;
· Product is accompanied by original sales receipt;
· Product attaches original packaging and tags;
· All sanitary liners are in place;
· Item(s) are sent back in the original LH pouch and poly bags.
If your exchange complies with the Exchange Conditions listed above, please proceed with the following steps:
1. Within 7 days of receiving the merchandise contact “LH” via email at email@example.com. Following this, you will receive an Exchange Case confirmation email from LH.
2. Confirm the LH Exchange Case email within 1 business day following receipt.
3. You’ll receive a subsequent email from LH informing you whether your Exchange Case has been authorized and more details on how to start the exchange process.

5. Make sure the return it is post marked within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
6. Once your returned merchandise is received and it has been approved, you will receive a notification email.
7. In addition, you will receive a Credit Exchange Code email. The credit will include the cost of the product and tax, but will exclude shipping.
